MACE recognises the value of a competent and responsive support team. As a software provider, MACE support is a critical link in assisting with directly related applications as well as indirect problems such as network connections and hardware support.

MACE offers support by direct telephone access or via e-mail. Our business hours are 09:00 to 17:00, five days per week and support lines are open from 09.00 to 17.00.

“Out of hours” activities such as hardware upgrades and stocktaking are supported by prior arrangement.
